Trough Lift: Equipped with Helical-Bevel gear boxes
provide 30% more torque than the worm-gear type. Main
drive chain is triple 60. This chain is rated for
25,000 lb. average tensile strength. All critical
drive components are mounted on heavy duty tubular stainless
steel frame.
Divider: Conveyorized infeed
insures even dough delivery into the feeder rollers and
reduces problems of overfeed or dough starvation,
resulting in significantly better weight control. Three
sets of rollers on divider provides more
consistent dough feed and weight control. Optional
laser sensors for dough divider insure
precision in scaling, by closely controlling the dough
thickness during the primary and secondary sheeting stages.
Stainless steel bagel former and discharge belts can be adjusted
via A/C variable speed drives which control each motor.
