The Heavy Duty 52" and 62" Sheeter/Moulder has (1) set of
ajustable top rollers with 5.1" diameters and (2) other
sets of adjustable rollers with 6" diameters
with hinged-style scraper assemblies.
The 32", 36" and 46" sheeting heads are
equipped with 3 sets of 4.5" diameter
rollers with machine fit scrapers.
Common Characteristics of both Sheeter/Moulders: The top rollers are grooved and can be equipped with A/C variable speed sheeting rollers, high speed curling conveyor, and a A/C variable speed reinforced heavy duty moulding bed. A by-pass for stanmped or round rolls under the sheeting head is available.
